Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, our return and exchange policy is designed to be simple, transparent, and fair.
General Conditions
- You have 15 days from the receipt of your package to initiate a return or exchange.
- Products must be returned in their original condition: unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all labels and accessories.
- Returns must be accompanied by the purchase invoice or order confirmation.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of our error or defective products.
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Boissons (consumable items)
- Autocollants (customized and non-reusable stickers)
- Atelier Divers (tools and maintenance products that are immediately usable)
- Chambres à air VTT (for hygiene reasons once unpackaged)
- Sale or promotional products (unless defective)
Important: Electronic products such as Capteurs de puissance (power sensors) and Caméra vidéo sport (sport video cameras) are not covered if they show signs of physical damage or misuse.
Return or Exchange Process
- Contact Us: Send a return or exchange request to [email protected] using the template provided below. Our team will respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
- Packaging: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documents. Add a copy of your invoice and the RMA number.

Refunds
- Upon approval of your return, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
- For card payments, the time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank (typically 1-2 billing cycles).
Exchanges
- Clearly indicate your desire for an exchange in your initial request.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the new product has a higher price, you will need to pay the difference.
- If it is lower, we will refund the difference.
- Shipping costs for the new shipment are free if the exchange is due to our error.
Defective Products or Our Error
If you receive a defective product or if we made an error in your order:

- We will cover return shipping costs and send you a prepaid return label.
- We commit to resolving the issue as quickly as possible, either by promptly sending a replacement product or issuing a full refund.
